Information on using the E-forms

Save form 
You can save the data that you have entered on your computer/hard drive.
Unless you have changed your browser settings, the file will be saved to the default download folder on your PC/hard drive.
You can then open the form online and edit it further.
The file is accessible for three months after the first saving.

Note to iPhone/iPad users:
Please note that iPhone and iPad devices do not support the «save» function.

Create PDF file/Print form 
By clicking the «PDF/Print» button at the bottom of the page, you can create a PDF of the form.
You can save this on your computer/hard drive and/or print it out.
You can also print out an empty form and fill it in by hand.

Do you use a screen reader?
Please use the arrow keys to carefully read through the form.
Press the space bar to enable the drop-down lists, then use the arrow keys to make your selection.
Press the ESC key to exit the drop-down lists. Press the arrow keys to continue reading.
Press the space bar to enable or disable the selection buttons.
The forms are divided into chapters. The chapters are numbered and accompanied by a font structure. The fields are located below the terms. Additional explanations are again listed below these fields.

Use the Microsoft Edge, Safari, Google Chrome or Firefox browser to ensure all the functionality of the form.
The Internet Explorer browser is no longer supported.
